Research of the Influencing Technical Parameters of Non-restraint Quenching on Heat Flux from Micro Bubble Content and Distribution

Heat flux is directly influenced by wall bubble content and distribution in the non-restraint pipe flow quenching system. In this paper, we qualitatively research the effect of macro factors on heat flux from micro perspective what is bubble content and distribution through numerical simulation. The main influencing factors include cooling water temperature, jet velocity and plate's temperature. Cooling water will decrease the film thickness and expand instable region of plate's surface film, which makes for boiling heat transfer; Rise of jet velocity will cut down bubble content in the parallel-flow zone and then heat flux relatively raise; Higher plate's temperature will slow down heat flux because it generates wall film easier. In practical production, higher jet velocity, lower temperature of cooling water and plate's temperature should be controlled as far as possible.
