Porous InP membranes filled in with monomer composite for terahertz applications

Porous n-InP membranes with (111) crystallographic orientation have been filled in with Zn(C3N2(C6H5)2N02)2(CH30H)2 monomer. Experimental study and imulations based on FEMs (Finite Element Model) show that the obtained nanocomposite material is promising for nonlinear optical applications, in particular for the development of Terahertz emitters.
