Trust Based Recommendation System with Social Network Analysis

Trust can significantly enhance the utility of a recommendation system. Social Network Analysis can find key person and very useful relations between customers. In this paper, at first a trust relation network is established using natural language processing technique and social network analysis. Then trust based recommendation algorithms are put forward and discussed.
