The Research on Technical M&A Pricing Based on Real Option Method

After introduced the concept and the characters of technical merger and acquisition (abbreviated as M&A below), this article discussed the pricing of technical M&A with the real option method. The growth option pricing model and cooperative option pricing model were put forward to fit to the pricing of technical M&A. We also discussed how to apply these models by case study.
