Research on the construction of government ontology

This paper firstly introduces the present situation of government classification schemas in China, and overviews the existed methods of ontology construction and the characteristics of government. Then a method of government ontology construction is presented. Finally, a case study of science and technology program examination and approval is given, in order to illustrate the realization process of constructing the government ontology.
