Design considerations for improved electro magnetic compatibility (EMC) behaviour in high side switches design

This paper presents several circuit design techniques used in automotive applications in order to improve the EMC behaviour of integrated circuits. The presentation will include both simulation and measurement results, proving that the measures proposed are reducing the emission and increase the robustness against power injection from the outer world.
