Phase measurement of tunable CW-THz radiation at multiple frequencies based on photoconductive mixing with terahertz frequency comb

We demonstrate the phase measurement of a tunable CW-THz radiation at multiple frequencies. The error of the phase measurement with is less than 1 degree at each frequency under correction of the cyclic error. We further applied this method for the absolute distance measurement of a target.
