IMM/MHT tracking and data association for benchmark tracking problem

This paper details interacting multiple model (IMM) filtering and adaptive agile beam radar antenna allocation logic for application to the benchmark tracking problem. Initial results and the planned extension to the use of MHT data association are presented.
