Computational cutoff rate of BDPSK signaling over correlated Rayleigh fading channels

We derive a compact formulation of the computational cutoff rate of binary differential phase shift keying (BDPSK) over a correlated Rayleigh fading channel. The analysis is more realistic than previous finite state Markov models of a fading channel.
