Proposing a Methodology to Evaluate the Quality of the Urban Sanitation Service

A methodology is presented to evaluate the quality of the road cleaning service in Cordoba (Spain). It has been developed as a collaborative endeavor by SADECO, the company responsible for the sanitation service, in conjunction with members of the Department of Statistics at the University of Cordoba. The proposed methodology involves identifying the main types of urban garbage and their impact on residents, as well as the requirement levels depending on the zone considered.
