A Portfolio Decision Model Based on the Organizational Development Strategy

In this paper a portfolio decision model is demonstrated, which is based on organizational development strategy. The paper is to analyze the theory and reality of modern strategy management and project management, and to deal with the conformity and contradiction perceived in the application of strategy management and project management in organizational development.
