The Study of Corporate Governance and Companies' Innovation Efficiency

Few literature was made for the research of corporate governance effect on companies' innovation efficiency. In this paper, we do the empirical study of this topic. The result shows that controlling shareholders exert positive effect on the innovation efficiency; managers with decent stimulation also make a positive effect. However, some governance variables is not significant.
