The Research of Event-Triggered Application in Proactive SIM Card

In this paper, a new type application for proactive SIM event-triggered application is proposed according to the deficiency for current embodiment form of the mobile value-added applications, and the current STK and SIM card. By use of two different communication modes (proactive command and event-triggered mechanism)of SIM card and ME , another SIM card application expression mode initiated actively by the service provider SP is put forward.
