Study on the Risk Management of IT Project Outsourcing in Bank

Applying fault tree analysis, this thesis analyses systematically IT outsourcing risk of banks. The types & serious ranks of IT outsourcing risks are defined. The adopted risk assessment method is risk matrix, which provides IT outsourcing risk management of the bank with a type of risk analyzing assessment. It combines with qualitative and quantitative methods perfectly. Finally, a case is studied in order to explain how to use the approach of risk analysis in application of bank.
