A low power OTA with adaptive biasing and common-mode compensation

This paper will present a low power OTA with an adaptive biasing and common-mode compensation. The OTA has an open-loop gain of 60 dB and unit bandwidth of 20 MHz with capacitive load of 6pF. Its power consumption is 3.8 mW and chip area is 0.01 mm/sup 2/. The chip was made in 1.2 /spl mu/m CMOS technology in AMS.
