New tool for response characteristic test of optical devices : Optical Spectrogram Scope

In this paper, we review and introduce the optical spectrogram scope (OSS) as a powerful measurement instrument for response characteristic test in time-frequency domain of ultra-fast all-optical devices in photonic networks.
