Integrated optical interface for single-flux-quantum buffer memory

We have developed an optical input module to single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuit to realize high-speed integrated buffer memory in optical packet switch. We succeeded in demonstrating SFQ pulse generation by optical input of 100-ps pulse width.
