Reform the Setting of Computer Hardware Teaching

This paper discusses the reform of the computer hardware teaching in the new circumstances and the establishment of a new-style system structure of computer hardware and tries to give a useful discussion about the problems such as the reform of experimental procedures, teaching methods and teaching instruments.
