Assessing the Intelligibility and Acceptability of Voice Commiunication Systems

This paper describes the procedures used at the UK MOD Royal Signals and Radar Establishment (RSRE) to assess the intelligibility and acceptability of voice communication systems, and presents the results of a study examining the use of LPC-10 in high noise environments.
