On the Robust Stability of the Time Delay Systems

In this work, an algebraic approach is established for checking the D-stability of the time delay systems by using the edge theorem. With this method, one can determine whether the time delay system is robustly stable independent of time delays or robustly stable in a certain intervals of delays. Illustrative examples are included.
