Pole placement for MIMO time-varying non-lexicographic-fixed linear systems

This paper deals with the pole placement of linear time-varying systems which are not lexicographic-fixed. The property of being lexicographic-fixed is the last restriction which remains for the pole placement of linear time-varying systems besides to be controllable.
