Carbon loaded device handling trays: analysis and measurements

In-depth analysis of device handling trays involving carbon fibers flows, distribution and regression in the plastic molding process revealed pitfalls in currently used tray's resistance measurement techniques. Resistance test setups that can be used in tray's qualification are recommended to overcome measurement errors due to variations in tray's tooling designs.
