By the waves of reformation in the framework of re-construction, it is necessary to achieve methodologies in which phenomenon like market power could be controlled toward fair condition in the market. Although the attempt to achieve a total competitive market has not be done completely at all but it improved the condition of this market considerably. So, presenting the proper definition of the market is necessary for avoiding disorder in market activities.
