A Self-Adaptive Backup System Based on Data Integration Mechanism

Data backup is the foundation of data protection, and is continually improved on the aspects of backup performance, restore performance, fault-tolerant degree of backup data, version management and media management. But none current backup methods can harmonize all these aspects mentioned above. This paper introduces a novel backup system: a self adaptive backup system based on data integration mechanism whose shortened form is SABS which harmonizes all these aspects mentioned above.
