Research on Contractor Selection of Telecommunication Project

This paper summarizes the contractor selection criteria and performs an in-depth analysis about the risk of contractor selection. It constructs an evaluation system which can reduce the risks and improve the maneuverability under consideration of the characteristics of telecommunication project. Finally it applies the evaluation system to a specific project from a manufacturing company in telecommunication industry.
