Rating of E-Commerce Integrity Based on Decision Tree

In this paper e-business integrity will be discussed based on decision tree and through some cases. As well known, with the developing of the e-business, reputation and integrity are more and more important to operating e-business enterprises. Customers pay more attention to e-business company's reputation and integrity based on their experience. So, how a manager to make firm's good reputation by goods/service and integrity is very important. In the view of strategic and sustaining developing, to make a right decision to keep good reputation will be benefit the company. Here, a reputation model using the decision tree skills will be discussed. It can support manager's decision well.
