Research on Development of Producer Services in Lucheng District from Demand Perspective: For Examples of IT, Finance and Human Resources

With the emergence of service-oriented tendency, producer services, which make up of the most active sector in developed countries and regions, are undergoing rapid development. Producer services industry is also an important part of industrial layout of Lucheng district in Wenzhou city. Based on the questionnaires and interviews, the paper analyzes the Lucheng manufacturing enterprises' demand for IT service, finance service and human resources service, which run through the whole manufacturing value chain. The paper also seeks to propose suggestions in terms of expanding demand, looking for breakthrough point of developing producer services and creating industrial integration environments for the second and the third industries.
