Non-process-noise tracking filter using a constant velocity model

In this paper, we present the optimal position gain matrix of a linear filter for three-dimensional target tracking using a constant velocity target model under the condition that the steady state errors for a constant acceleration target are constant. In our proposed method, we assume that the process noise is the zero vector.
