Managing rebate and penalty contract in perishable product’s supply chain under disruptions

For two stage perishable productpsilas supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer, it can be coordinated with rebate and penalty contract under some setting. But this coordination may be broken off by an emergent event, which maybe make the demand disruptions. In this paper, an optimal strategy for perishable supply chain to the disruptions is given, and as optimal response for the perishable supply chain to the disruptions, an adjusted rebate and penalty contract which has anti-disruption ability is proposed and some managerial insights are provided.
