H∞ stability conditions for DTFTCS driven by noisy output feedback channels

A discrete time fault tolerant control system (DTFTCS) with static output feedback controller is developed. The proposed model consider the case of DTFTCS with limited accessibility for system states. The stochastic behavior of the proposed DTFTCS is to be investigated for the case of actuating signal being feedback over noisy channels. Second moment stability is defined, and necessary and sufficient conditions are derived in terms of nonlinear matrix inequalities. An easier to test and verify sufficient conditions are constructed in terms of feasibility solutions for a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Theoretical findings are demonstrated by a numerical example.
