40 Gb/s all optical clock recovery based on an optical parametric oscillator with photonic crystal fiber

We demonstrate 40 Gb/s optical clock recovery based on optical parametric oscillator using a highly nonlinear photonic crystal fiber as the dynamic gain medium. The timing jitter of the recovered clock signal is 270 fs.
