Definition of effective mechanical characteristics in plates with system of holes

The numerical method of definition of effective characteristics of stiffness of two-periodic plates with system of elastic inclusions is offered. As against known analytical methods of the decision of such problems, the offered method is free from restrictions on the form of holes and is applicable to plates from orthotropic materials.
