Two layers dielectric cylinder in homogeneous field

A calculation of electrostatic field strength in two layers dielectric cylinder is considered in this paper. Charge simulation method (CSM) is used for this calculation. The CSM calculated results for electrostatic field strength have been compared with analytical solution and the software's results. A good convergence of the results is obtained.
