Adaptation algorithms for receiver based electronic dispersion equalization

We compare three adaptation algorithms for receiver based analogue electronic dispersion equalizers. For the first time, the dithered linear search algorithm is demonstrated and compared to the other two algorithms by simulation and experiment.
