Ultralow-Jitter Passive Timing Stabilization of a Mode-Locked Fiber Laser by Injection of Reference Pulses

Passive timing stabilization of Er-doped fiber laser was demonstrated by injection of reference pulses, resulting in a timing jitter of 3.7 fs in a frequency range from 1 Hz to 100 kHz.
