Construction Enterprise Resource Integration Based on the Improvement of the Value Creation Capabilities

The competition among construction enterprises has changed from static competition in the past to dynamic competition at present, and the continuous improvement of value creation capabilities has become the source of competitive advantage and the fundamental driver of dynamic competition. This article has analyzed the resource integration mechanisms of enterprises using the theory on the competitiveness of clustering, based on the resource composition of construction enterprises, and on the assumption that improving or restructuring the resource bases and integrating the internal & external resources of construction enterprises are the means and measures to improve the value creation capabilities of construction enterprises. Furthermore, it advocates for realizing the sequential connection of the multiple components of the value creation capabilities through the interaction of the "resource concentration", "labor division & collaboration" and "knowledge sharing" mechanisms in the process of resource integration of construction enterprises, so as to improve the enterprises' value creation capabilities and to maintain a stable advantageous position for them in the dynamic competition.
