Research on Competitive Advantage of Enterprises Based on Independent Innovation and Integrative Ability

The rapid development of the knowledge economy, science and technology together with the complicated and dynamic changes of the competitive environment of enterprises have made the traditional static theory of competitive advantage unsuitable for the survival and sustainable development of a modern enterprise. Through the investigation on evolution and formation mechanism of competitive advantage in the dynamic business environment, this article analyze of the three factors: heterogeneity resources, independent innovation and integrative ability, sets up the mode of competitive advantage and has proposed the concrete suggestions and measures on the way to enhance the sustainable competitive advantage.
