Study on Customer Satisfaction of House Property Management Based on Customization

With the increasing and changing of the owner's individual demand, this paper sets up a model which optimizes the property management enterprise's interior resources and a function which is used to weigh the owner's satisfaction, in order to achieve the optimization of the owner's satisfaction within its capacity. Then a case is offered to prove the validity of this method, which puts forward an effective approach to improve the owner's satisfaction and offers a new training of thoughts for the property management enterprise.
