Influence of Tropical Coastal Conditions on Transformer Oil Performance Case Study Tanzania

In this paper the influence of tropical coastal conditions on transformer oil performance was investigated. Different factors affecting the performance of transformer oil in tropical coastal conditions are discussed and some of them were simulated in the high voltage laboratory and their effects were observed experimentally. Lastly the comparisons between each factor were discussed followed by proposed solutions.
