An Automatic System for Accurate Standard Cell Comparisons

A new automatic standard cell comparator is described. It uses a constant-resistance potentiometer, supplied by a programmable current source, to measure cell differences in the range from -1 mV to 1 mV with an accuracy of 10 nV or better for sufficiently stable cells.
