Comparison of Gas Sensitivity between SnO2 nanoparticles and SnO2 nanobelts

Gas-sensing components have been manufactured with prepared SnO₂ nanoparticles and SnO₂ nanobelts. Their performance indicates that the SnO₂ nanoparticles and the SnO₂ nanobelts have similar relations between sensitivity and working temperature, but SnO₂ nanobelts have lower max sensitive temperature to LPG than SnO₂ nanoparticles, and SnO₂ nanobelts have better response-recovery characteristic and long-term stability than SnO₂ nanoparticles.
