New Filter Technology in Picture Processing

In this paper we describe a new filtering technique for processing video signals called the "LOGICAL FILTER". With the Logical Filter, video signals in the time domain are assumed to be a set of "patterns" and the pattern recognition logic is applied to the filtering of the video signals.
