The Combination of the Optimal Number of Cluster-Heads and Energy Adaptive Cluster-Head Selection Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Networks

The difficulty of energy recharging and the short lifetime in wireless sensor network is always a question. This paper presents an advanced algorithm that combined the optimal number of cluster-head with energy adaptive cluster-head selection algorithm, which is based on the classical LEACH protocol.
