How to construct low cost studio for making e-Learning contents

Recently, introduction of e-Learning is getting popular for university education in Japan. This study puts emphasis on bottom-up approach based e-Learning which a few instructors can treat with their e-Learning environment based on their decision. In small scale e-Learning practice, the authors are investigating how to construct low-cost e-Learning studio for creating educational contents. This paper describes the construction of e-Learning studio and consideration on suitability and the construction method. In addition, the authors explain problems of their method and the solution in this paper.
