Radar Level-Sensing Instrument for Industrial (and Automotive) Applications

This papers provides a description of the design for manufacture, development and test of a 10 GHz Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) Radar (RAdio Detection And Ranging) sensor for industrial applications. Specific applications in the industrial, automotive and consumer markets are identified. Product specification, system design, subsystem design and trial results are described.
