MM-Wave FIN-Line Oscillator with Electronic Matching and Tuning

A Gunn element, two varactor diodes, and a coupler have been integrated on a common substrate. Thus the circuit can be electronically matched and tuned. Applications are a constant-power VCO, a PSK- and an AM-modulator.
