Staged Field Testing of the Victory Hill Static Var Control

Staged field tests were conducted on the Victory Hill Static Var Contiol to demonstrate equipment performance. The test program and its rationale are described, and test results are documented and interpreted. Conclusions as to the satisfactory design and system operation of the SVC are drawn.
