The Financial Strategy of High-tech Enterprises' Sustainable Development: Empirical Findings from Cisco

The high-tech enterprises have already become a predominant power that pushes the development of society and economy. They also have a great influence on the improvement of the national competitiveness. The financial strategy plays an important role in corporate strategy. It is very important for an enterprise's development to formulate and execute a suitable financial strategy. The concept and framework of financial strategy are discussed in this paper. Based on analyzing the financial strategy in Cisco which is a benchmark for high-tech enterprises, some important principles then are introduced to improve the high-tech enterprises' financial strategy
