An Empirical Research on the Impact of Personal Traits and Social Environment on Entrepreneurial Behavior

With an empirical research method, this thesis investigates the impact of personal traits and social environment on entrepreneurial behavior through the analysis of interview recordings of 26 entrepreneurs from China and France. It leads to the conclusion that social environment has a stronger impact on entrepreneurial behavior than that of personal traits. Finally, on the basis of this conclusion, the thesis also puts forward several suggestions to improve the social environment for starting an enterprise in China
