About modus ponens and aggregation of rules

There exists some paradoxal situation about aggregation of rules, when solving this problem either by use of some conjunction operator or by use of some disjunction one, depending on the choice of the ply operator. A unified framework is proposed for aggregating rules by the introduction of a new modus ponens based on conditional formulae.<>
